Jodi believes that her relationship with the client is central to achieving positive experiences and outcomes in therapy. Warm and personable, Jodi takes time to get to know her clients and make them feel comfortable. Jodi works collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, then helps them make meaningful and lasting change to their lives. Treatment is tailored to each person’s needs and background. Jodi is committed to evidence-based practice and draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, coupled with psychodynamic understandings of the individual.
